After three years in marketing and events and brand activations through Hello Franses -across NYC, London, Dubai, and Singapore - she launched X.B.S to support founders in reaching the communites they want to.

Sydney built her career around music, brand building, and live experiences. She’s produced concerts, activations, and campaigns for Spotify, Pabst Blue Ribbon, Pernod Ricard, and Atlantic Records, creating audience-first moments that bring people together. A NYC-based producer, she builds rooms that feel considered, alive, and inherently fun.
